sorry about the delay in responding, it was taken back to the dealer who had to perform a full reset on the system, since then it has been back twice for the same problem its such ashame that this system is full of bugs

Hi Just bought a 2012 focus with the sync system and its decided that she doesn't like me and stopped talking when i press the voice button. When i pressed the button it just said listening no sound...nothing, after a reset it started talking but would not understand any commands and eventually got confused and would just say random words when you pressed the voice command, all very odd and very frustrating when the car has very little miles on the clock, it is booked to be looked at by the dealer in the morning but just wanted to know if anybody else had seen or head anything like this before?
