I have a new 2012 mustang with the applink software. I also have a Motorola Droid. I have tried the applink on many occasions and have some real difficulty getting it to work with Pandora. I have updated everything on the car and the phone, and it works some of the time (mainly when I just start up the car). But having my Bluetooth turned off and then having sync find my phone, it doesn't find any mobile apps??? I can play Pandora through the Bluetooth media device just fine when this happens. My only fix is to turn the car off and back on, and sometimes this makes it work. I also have an issue, that after I take a phone call, Sync will fail to return to the mobile app and will not reconnect. This is very frustrating,and I hope that someone at Ford will read this and please work with their app developers to fix it. It is a very cool feature to have when it works. It would also be nice to have some more apps that are compatible?

I have a 2011 Fusion SEL without the touch-screen and a 2012 Mustang w/o touch screen and they both handle my 160GB Ipod Classic with ~19,000 songs ripped in various formats and bitrate. The only thing it tells me (which I would love to learn how to turn off) is that I have too many songs and therefore asking for a track by name is not supported. I also had a weird thing with my mustang where it would only play the first song and just repeat. So I could change songs if I changed artists, but not if I just wanted to hear the next song by the same artist. I fixed that with a master reset.
