I bought a 2010 Ford Escape and have never had to use Sync before, I have Version Gen1-V3.1, how do I know if this needs to be upgraded? When I go to my account on "Sync M y Ride", it shows no new updates ?? Does this mean there has been no updates/upgrades since 2010? Sorry for such a dumb question but I have never used Sync before...
