Having the same issues with my '17 F350 SuperDuty. Same response from the dealer. Same result of no traffic on NAV. I've heard it works in certain parts of the country, but it fails in DFW.

Anyone know how to resolve the NAV traffic issue with the SuperDuty trucks? I live in the DFW area and the dealership claims they are waiting on FORD to release a patch/update to resolve the issue. Personally, I dont believe them because they have attempted to BS me too many times before with unfounded excuses. I read today the v2.2 solves the problem but wanted to check around before attempting to update on a SD. The other information was based on FUSION and F150. Thanks in advance.
