I had my MKX in last week to my dealer, Pacifico Marple Ford outside of Philadelphia. I was initially concerned when they had to keep it because of the website problems - couldn't access the upgrade. Then I started seeing these posts! I even called Ford and they contacted the dealer - it seems that the person on the phone from Sync was not knowledgable about the upgrade process, the tech at the dealership was right. I picked up my car today with a bit of anxiety. I couldn't be happier. It seems that all of the problems I had been having (no Travel Link, problems with iPhone and BT) have been fixed!! Everything including Nav and the rear camera are fine. I think this is testimony to the competence of the guys at my dealership.
