Not true. The reason why Ford doesn't spend a lot of time on Gracenote updates is because they (Ford) does NOT make the radios. More information on this is available from the Gracenote website. Your radio is either made by Pioneer or Sony. You need to contact one of them for instructions on how to update their radio. If you have a higher end 2010 Fusion, Milan, or MKZ then most likely Sony makes the radio (800-222-7669). It is model number MEX-1HD. Call the number I listed and give them your radio model number and they will give you directions on how to update the Gracenote Database. If you don't know your radios model number then call Ford customer service.

Those files are already on the computer and may not even have anything to do with what's on a persons Jukebox. A simple computer backup will save them. People are looking for a way top backup JUKEBOX, incase something happens with their car....

Say what? That's NOT a backup of Jukebox. That's a backup of iTunes. Two completely different things For a minute there I thought you found a way to actually backup Jukebox. LOL

Could you please outline what steps you took to backup? How did you do it?

And if a person keeps their car for 4/5 years that "10.00 a month" suddenly turns into $600.00! No thank you. If someone doesn't want to hear commercials there is always CD's and Fords built-in Jukebox which holds a TON of music, or even the USB port and a iPod... Sean-laura was saying that HD is also commercial free on many channels and it's without a subscription. I hope all of Fords Nav units have the built-in HD option for 2011. I know SYNC will also be adding the Pandora option soon too.

Not true. The 10.00 month plan will not work on your cars receiver...

Well for one thing, there is NO monthly subscription....

Your post is old so I don't know if you found out how to do this or not yet. I'm pretty sure I've seen this on my Nav screen so if you still need it just let us know and I'll find out how to set it up for you....

You can do this via a sound mixer plugged into the sound system. We have our radar detector and Blinder M47's set up this way. Just google motorcycle mixers....

It was because several children died from cars that DIDN'T have backup cameras installed that made them a safety feature. Turn your screen off if you don't use the feature....
