Hello, I am having similar issues. I bought a 2014 F250 6.2 super duty lariat, and I had to buy the sync card from Ford because it was taken out from whoever at the car lot. So I just got it and plug it in and try to find it ony screen and even went to begin software insulation and get the message FILE NOT FOUND Please check that the installation file is in the root directory of your storage... What does that mean and how do I get it there?? Lol. Thank you
