8” version and I have no clue what hat version the software was on before I updated through the Ford website. current version is 3.10.16180.EA.0

I would normally think coincidence as well… However, immediately after I updated software, the temperatures stopped working for the climate, the heated and air-conditioned function of the seats stopped responding, the back up camera started flaking out, along with some other intermittent issues.

Directly after upgrading my SYNC version in my 2013 Taurus, changing the temperature has ZERO effect on the A/C or heat and the heated and A/C seats no longer function…. Coincidence??  can I downgrade to the original version the 2013 Taurus shipped with?  cheers!
