  1. These updates seem like a variety of different nightmares. Ford could really take some lessons from Tesla's playbook when it comes to updates. They just work, installation is painless, and they are free even if the car is long past warranty.
  2. When using AA navigation, if I use voice command to Play a SiriusXM channel, AA launches the SiriusXM app on my phone but I don't hear anything. AA does not control SiriusXM on the car radio. The car's SiriusXM continues to play the same channel selection. Then, the next time I get navigation instructions, It sends the audio from the SiriusXM app on my phone. This happens to be the channel I requested previously. The music only plays as long as I would guess the turn instructions might be. I can't get back to any voice commands that control the Sync 3 until I unplug my Android phone from the USB port in the car. The integration needs to be more seamless. If the SiriusXM app on the phone would play the way it is supposed to, then it might be acceptable. It's very disappointing that AA basically kills all Sync 3 functionality and takes over. Sync 3 is getting so good, you almost don't need AA. With AA taking over everything with no ability to control Sync to any degree, it's really a problem and a distraction when driving. Phone calls are jacked up at this point with no way to recover without finding somewhere to pull over and fiddle with things.
  3. What can you do with Plex? I click on mine and it does nothing..
  4. The traffic integration on MFT is a sad excuse for the feature. It only shows traffic on major highways and interstates. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee in addition to our Ford. They both use the same traffic from SiriusXM. However, the traffic display on the roads in the Jeep is much more extensive. It includes traffic on less significant roads such as state roads. I also believe the Jeep is "more aware" of traffic in general as it does a good job of re-routing. The Ford MFT rarely changes or suggests an alternate route in the Atlanta metro area. If fact, you can have a complete dead standstill on the downtown connector and the Ford will take you right through the middle. The Jeep will route you around it on surface roads and then back on to the interstate. The Jeep solution is by no means perfect but on a scale of 1-10 I would put the Jeep at about a 7 or 8 and the Fold about a 3 to 4. Mark
  5. Yes, you get three years and I believe 60 operator assist sessions. However, you have to log in to syncmyride.com and re-register each year. It does not cost anything. After the 3-years, I believe there is a fee. Mark Ball Ground, GA
