Hi guys i have just got my new C Max in the UK and has sync 2 but when i try ringing someone with voice it wont let me command prompt like my old car did, now i know in help options there is a way of changing this but when i go to help it says contact my ford dealer so i presume its locked is there a way round this so i can change the option to on

Ok guys new to sync need some help, I live in the UK so maybe things different here but here goes. 1 when I get a text message screen displays message from line 1 not the person who is texting me, can I change this so I know who is texting me. 2. When reading texts it doesn't display on the screen just reads it out to listen to is this normal or is it supposed to show on screen to. 3rd. When calling people through voice some times saying home or mum and dad it just won't recognise them, is there an alternative way I should be saying. Thank for any help.
