I posted in an older thread about voice commands not working but it seems in some cases they are. But there are zero voice prompts. Tried adjusting the volume to see if that is the problem but it doe not appear to be. Now I have to get under the dash in 100+ degree heat to sees if the fuse trick works. Having to do hard resets every couple of months is a real pita.

I just encountered a similar problem except NO voice commands will work .. Little ear appears on the screen and word listening appears but no lady responding and no commands followed. If I manually dial me phone ( iPhone ) the call can be held via sink but voice commands are gone. Thought I was done with this hard reset problem with th FW update.
