I work at a Ford dealership and i am starting these sync clinics where people can come to the dealership and ask any questions they have on their new Fords. So what i'm asking, is if you guys could help me get some good sync topics to go over. what are the real problem questions some of you have about the sync system?

did you try pressing the play buttons on the bottom of the screen

did you try pushing the voice button and saying "bluetooth audio"

ATTENTION!!! if your voice command does not work all of a sudden, but worked when you bought the car. reset your phone by taking the battery out for a couple minutes. 9 times out of 10 this will work, sync works off your phone, if your phone wont do it, sync wont do it. if this doesnt work re-sync your phone

if you have a mytouch system. if you go to menu>help> voice command list

what kind of car do you have?

Go back to your ford dealership and get an update. a lot of mytouch systems have been doing this.
