2011 F150 Platinum with Ecoboost engine here... I also had issues with BT connections and calls... only makes a call on 2nd try... I did a factory reset and seemed to fix it. I also recently updates Sync to Sync VersionGen1 ¿ V3.2.2 and it works as well... Wife has 2011 Explorer with the Gen 2 Sync and it works even better
