Could someone please post the 'update maps' instructions or a link?

Try this: On the radio press Station List. scroll through all of them. Does one have TP on the left? If so, is that the station that comes on each time after you turn off with the key? 

I think the cause is similar to mine

Each time I disconnect my android auto phone the radio station defaults to the one listed in the sync Station List with "TP" next tonight. Is your station default the one with TP next to it?

How to change this another station? No idea . ..

How to change this to another station? Rather than the terrible commercial filled station randomly chosen by ford...
