    Sync 3 Navigational Fault

    Having the same problem with "navigation fault" and walking out the navigation system and the radio. The only way to fix this is to do a master reset or turn the car off for at least a minute or two before turning the power back on. This is it hurts since day one of picking up the car. Sometimes it happens after 5 minutes of driving sometimes after 2 hours of driving. The dealership service department has been not helpful in finding a solution. They did replace the car antenna because of some antenna issue that they thought "could be related". Dealer has even reloaded the software to no avail.
